We're growing fast-and looking for a Business Development Associate to help us expand our impact.
Position Summary:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our wound care services. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment and excels at building strong professional relationships. You will connect with key decision-makers at nursing homes, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities to introduce and promote Pinnacle's wound care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (minimum 90 cold calls per day), email campaigns, and networking to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facility directors, administrators, and key decision-makers in the long-term care industry.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present and promote Pinnacle's wound care services through calls, virtual demos, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Perform ongoing market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
  • Share insights and strategic recommendations to improve lead generation and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently communicate value and build rapport.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
