Responsibilities:
  • Verify insurance and benefit eligibility for patients going on home health services.
  • Manage workflow of incoming referral paperwork.
  • Establish good lines of communication with the Intake team and Operations.
  • Manage calendar to avoid interruptions in Home Health services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Strong computer profieciency
  • Experience with Submitting Insurance Authorizations strongly preferred
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have past customer service experience
  • Previous experience working in an office/professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Previous experience working with Home Health authorization or billing is preferred but not required
