Position Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Cowboy Chicken, you will be a key member of our management team, dedicated to overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the restaurant team, including line cooks, cashiers, and servers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a culture of excellence.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure that all team members are well-versed in Cowboy Chicken's menu offerings, service standards, and safety protocols. Continuously develop and improve staff skills.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet Cowboy Chicken's signature taste and appearance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to maintain adequate supplies for daily operations, minimizing waste and costs.
