To thrive as a Professional Coach, you need expertise in coaching methodologies, active listening, and goal-setting, often supported by certifications such as ICF or EMCC accreditation. Familiarity with coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and assessment instruments like DISC or MBTI is common in the field. Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to motivate and inspire others set standout coaches apart.
