Insurance Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years of age and have at least one (1) full year of driving experience operatinga Class A vehicle for insurance purposes.

Bonus Eligibility: Must be hired between March 16th-July 31st as a Full-Time Class A Driver and meet other eligibility criteria.

Job Description

Schedule: Typical dispatch times are between 12 AM and 2 AM

The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout Central Oregon.

Essential Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
  • Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
  • Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
  • Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
  • Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
  • All other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates must have at least one (1) full year of verifiable experience operatinga Class A vehicle for insurance purposes
  • Must be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes
  • Valid Class A CDL and medical card
  • Interstate qualification, registered
  • Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
  • Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
  • Satisfactory driving record
