Many trucking companies offer entry-level positions or training programs specifically for new drivers to help them gain experience on the road. These roles typically involve driving large trucks or tractor-trailers under the guidance of a trainer or mentor. The goal is to provide the necessary hands-on experience and ensure the driver becomes comfortable and competent in operating commercial vehicles safely.
