YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Lead, Business Process plays a key role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives. This role partners closely with business and functional teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, support system enhancements, and ensure consistent execution of standardized operating procedures across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partner with departments to understand business needs, identify pain points, and gather functional requirements for new or improved systems, including relevant operational inputs such as labor and material planning.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation through technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, supporting system design and selection of appropriate software tools.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans, including test case execution and documentation of defects to ensure system quality and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for business systems, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.
  • Analyze system and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Support the company's analytics strategy, roadmap, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting outputs.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage assigned projects or workstreams to support efficiency and productivity. Sets objectives within defined scope, prioritizes tasks, identifies required action steps and resources, anticipates risks, and develops mitigation or contingency plans as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, distinguish root causes from symptoms, gather and analyze information from multiple sources, and recommend solutions. Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting appropriate actions and escalating decisions when necessary.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment and clearly and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration management operations management or relevant field or equivalent
  • 7 to 10 years of experience working in an operational, business process management, compliance, training, or support position
  • At least 7 years' total work experience. Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

TRAVEL:
  • up to 30%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
