Job description

The Manager III, Process Improvement owns end to end operations within the Central Flow team and leads emerging pilots and initiatives across United States Non-Sort Network (USNS). This role requires a candidate with a proven ability to drive measurable process improvements and builds high-performing teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This high-visibility role drives end to end DEA within the USNS Network. In this role you will surface business metrics in actionable formats, reduces variation and complexity across the network, and leads cross-functional process and software improvements.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities & Deliverables
Define and solve complex business problems by developing high-impact ideas and applying rigorous prioritization to maximize business value.
Influence and align cross-functional teams, including tech partners, and present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Supports building and executing annual roadmaps for new initiatives in partnership with stakeholder teams across North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF).
Own weekly project metrics: compile, manage, and report progress, and lead high-level alignment meetings to confirm project requirements and resolve blockers.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization to accelerate initiative delivery.
Lead teams through ambiguous problem spaces, driving toward solutions without requiring a clear short-term path.
Apply data analytics to isolate and justify initiatives that merit business investment.
About the team
The USNS Central Flow (FC) team supports NACF and manages the workflow of customer orders across multiple shipping processes

The team balances customer experience with fulfillment cost, executing efficient workflow management through direct partnership with site leaders and external stakeholders. CF also drives fulfillment innovation, channels best practices across the network, and supports network-wide initiatives at the speed the business requires.
