Job description

Hampden-Sydney College is accepting applications for two part-time Assistant Baseball Coaches. Reporting to the Head Baseball Coach, the Assistant Baseball Coach supports the mission of the College by assisting with leadership and managing of the College's baseball program, developing and executing effective coaching strategies, recruiting talented athletes, overseeing team practices and games, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of prior coaching experience is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
These are paid 12-month positions, available July 1 with opportunity to earn additional income through camps.
