We are looking for a Product Manager

In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to enhance and modernize our HR and Talent product offerings. The product manager will lead the activities for our HR and Talent solutions, delivering a compliant, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate what clients and internal stakeholders need, assess the market and competitive offerings.
  • Define and plan for quarterly priorities, identify what capabilities and features to build.
  • Work with various stakeholders and partners on prioritization and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to understand responsibilities and communicate priorities.
  • Document and prioritize product requirements and turn them into features.
  • Work past the delivery transaction, ensuring solutions are communicated, adopted, and supported.
  • Create strong alliances with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
  • Support dev sales in field engagement and implementation.
  • Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.
  • Communicate and defend ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor''s degree OR equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or a similar role.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in HR and Talent, or a related B2B product space.
  • Experience working with high-compliance products and applications.
  • Technical and operational knowledge of API frameworks, basic technology infrastructure, and relational database structures.
