The Productions Manager supports the State Farm agent's office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on production metrics.
  • Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
