About the Role
The VP of Sales will lead and manage ATP’s client acquisition and account growth efforts. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on client acquisition and account growth.
- Build and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and best practices to support aggressive growth targets.
- Monitor sales KPIs, team performance, and pipeline health; identify gaps and coach toward improvement.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to ensure alignment between business development and delivery capacity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations on campaigns, collateral, and go-to-market positioning.
- Support high-value client pursuits and consult on pricing, proposals, and long-term deal strategy.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to overall company strategy, planning, and performance initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to inform sales planning and market positioning.
- 5–10+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry, with recent experience in a sales leadership or team management capacity.
- Proven success in IT staffing sales, including new client acquisition, account expansion, and navigating complex buyer environments.
- Actively working in the staffing industry, with deep familiarity with today’s market dynamics, tools, and client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and scaling sales or account management teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational mindset — skilled in sales forecasting, process optimization, and KPI management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Based in Georgia and available to work onsite in ATP’s Atlanta office 2–3 days per week.
- Leadership without a quota – focus on strategy, team building, and growth enablement.
