We are looking for a dedicated and organized Production Assistant to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life.


Role Overview


As a Production Assistant, you will be the right-hand support to our Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction and remodeling projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of administrative duties, vendor coordination, and client communication from the office. If you are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in the construction industry, this is the perfect role for you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks, including scheduling trades, subcontractors, and municipal inspections.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on project schedules, answering basic questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate project files, update CRM systems with client interactions, and manage contracts, permits, and HOA approval documents.
  • Site Coordination Support: Remotely support on-site field teams from the office by organizing site documentation, coordinating vendor deliveries, and ensuring the crew has the necessary plans and information to maintain progress.
  • Issue Resolution: Help troubleshoot minor project delays or logistical issues proactively alongside the Project Manager.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or customer service role. (Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or real estate is a strong plus).
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and project management tools.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional office errands or permit runs).
