Job description

PRODUCTION WORKER
Production Worker Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School graduate with post high school business course work preferred
  • Industrial or manufacturing experience with customer service
  • Forklift Operator with current certification
  • Computer Skills with Microsoft Office experience required

Production Worker Responsibilities:
  • Works on production floor to fulfill production duties as needed.
  • Operate forklift safely to move materials.
  • Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Provide customer service, order fulfillment and shipping for online order fulfillment customers.
  • Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
  • Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Work independently and make decisions consistent with the goals and philosophies of ODC.
  • Responsible for quality of work.

Production Worker Requirements:
  • Ability to facilitate, initiate and respond to verbal, written, computerized, telephone and fax communications.
  • Mobility to access various locations within/outside ODC facilities.
  • Ability to perform quality inspection according to ODC's and/or customer's requirements.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment and technology.
  • Standing, sitting, walking frequently required.
  • Lifting 25 - 35 lbs occasionally.
