Job Summary:Under direct supervision, the Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I is responsible for inputting a high volume of data efficiently to manage large amounts of information that is often sensitive or confidential. In addition, the Business Solutions Production Support Clerical is responsible for performing moderately complex data entry duties and applying basic accounting principles. Also takes internal phone calls to support Member Services.Responsibilities:

Scope of the Role

The Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I focuses on specific tasks or facets of the company as assigned by their direct leader. The Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I is responsible for completing tactile tasks and completing assigned work duties that help drive the success of the organization.

The Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I will have the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, organization and time management, and the ability to maintain autonomy while working on projects and duties.

Performance Outcomes

Payment Processing and Member Support

  • Accurately process/input payments to members

  • Provide support to Member Services as needed via incoming calls and email

  • Process new member applications

  • Process reinstatements, cancellations, and changes to memberships

  • Process upgrades and downgrades

Productivity

  • Achieve daily/monthly productivity expectations related to production

  • Work all incoming business, meeting production timelines

  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • High school degree equivalent; Some college, Preferred

  • 0-1+ years prior experience working in customer service

  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Requires an ability to handle multiple deadlines, provide a detailed-oriented, and analytical approach to daily duties and relationship building with a high degree of confidentiality.
