POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and scale our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, enforcing quality standards, and building a high-performance production team.

This is not a supervisory-only role. We are looking for a leader who understands production deeply and can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Leadership

Own and manage the full production cycle from mold to finished product

Build and maintain production schedules aligned with sales and delivery timelines

Drive operational efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery

Establish and enforce systems, processes, and accountability across the floor

Team Development

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing production team

Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards

Hold team members accountable while developing skillsets and craftsmanship

Create a disciplined, professional, and team-oriented culture

Quality Control

Enforce strict quality standards consistent with a luxury product

Implement and refine quality control systems across all stages of production

Ensure consistency in finish, structure, and overall product integrity

Take ownership of final product quality before shipment

Production Execution (Hands-On)

Step into production when needed to support output and solve problems

Oversee and understand all aspects of:

Casting and mold use

Assembly and finishing

Sanding and patching

Crating, packaging, and shipping logistics

Inventory & Efficiency

Manage material usage, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency

Oversee inventory levels and ordering of raw materials

Continuously improve workflow, layout, and production systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

5+ years experience in manufacturing, construction, or stone-related production

Proven experience managing and scaling a production team

Strong understanding of concrete, precast, cast stone, or similar materials

Demonstrated ability to improve processes and increase efficiency

Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Physically capable of working in a hands-on production setting when needed

Preferred

Experience in cast stone or precast concrete manufacturing

Background in high-end or custom fabrication environments

Experience with mold making, CNC foam cutting, or architectural products

Familiarity with production tracking, scheduling systems, or ERP tools
