Job description


As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will oversee the production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain team, ensuring that we meet our manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location.
Work Schedule: Shift D hours will be 6:00pm to 6:30am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that hours are subject to change depending on business needs.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of Honeywell Aerospace by driving operational excellence, improving production processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools to optimize operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
