Production Supervisor – Automotive Industry

We are recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure our teams deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. As the Production Supervisor your focus will be:

  • Lead and hold production staff accountable for performance in their areas
  • Work with your manager to adjust goals and strategies
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and success
  • Champion safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across all production areas
  • Ensure compliance with TS16949 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental requirements
  • Lead your team in continuous improvement implementations

Your Impact as Production Supervisor – Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation: You'll lead your production team on the floor, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
