Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all field operations across active tilt-up and industrial construction projects
  • Lead and manage project Superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple projects or large-scale single project scopes
  • Drive project schedules, sequencing, and daily production to meet milestones and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades across all phases of construction
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and ownership on budget, schedule, and quality performance
  • Enforce safety standards, site protocols, and company policies across all field operations
  • Manage subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to scope and schedule
  • Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and project startup activities
  • Serve as the senior field leader and primary point of contact for owners, inspectors, and agency representatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Strong background in tilt-up, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, or distribution center construction
  • Proven ability to lead field operations at the General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent level
  • Experience managing large project scopes and multi-superintendent teams
  • Deep understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction management platforms a plus
