Production Secretaries are essential administrative professionals who support film, television, or theater productions. They handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing paperwork, coordinating communication among departments, and ensuring that production runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Their role often involves liaising between producers, directors, crew members, and external vendors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure are standout soft skills in this position.
