Job description

The Schebler Company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Production team as a Production Scheduling Assistant.
This role plays an important part in supporting manufacturing operations by helping coordinate order flow, maintain production schedules, manage ERP data, and support communication across departments to keep projects moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating order processing from order acceptance through shipment
  • Entering and maintaining accurate customer order information
  • Assisting with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings within the ERP system
  • Supporting production scheduling and shop work order preparation
  • Tracking production progress and communicating delays or schedule changes
  • Assisting with inventory monitoring and material planning
  • Working cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Finance, and Project Management teams

We're looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Communicates well with both internal teams and customers
• Enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Has experience in manufacturing, scheduling, ERP systems, or operations support (preferred)
