Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities within our sheet metal fabrication company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Establish and monitor quality objectives and performance indicators.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and corrective action plans.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing quality control processes, including inspection and testing.
  • Manage and develop a team of quality control inspectors.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain quality control documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer specifications.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
