QUALITY MANAGER

Join Our Team!

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will lead and supervise quality inspection and control activities while ensuring that purchased materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, leading a team, solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and supervise employees involved in inspection and quality control activities.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved for purchased materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Plan, assign, and train employees on quality-related activities and procedures.
  • Ensure customer requirements and quality expectations are met.
  • Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Production Supervisors to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, inspection reports, and quality records.
  • Develop or adapt inspection equipment and procedures to support quality standards.
  • Analyze problems and determine appropriate actions within established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO/IATF procedures, work instructions, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain 5S standards within the assigned work area.
  • Ensure employees follow all safety, PPE, 5S, and company requirements.
  • Participate in semi-annual employee work reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to follow company rules, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, or supervision is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work safely on the manufacturing floor.
  • PPE is required while working on the production floor.
