The Production Planning Team (PPT) needs leaders like you to deliver the future of labor planning for our North America Customer Fulfillment Network (NACF). We're setting the bar high with new automated solutions including advanced modeling and machine learning to improve accuracy and efficiency of the process. To join us on this journey, we are looking for individuals with strong analytical and dive deep skills who will execute high-level network decisions that have an impact at a big scale. This is a high visibility role responsible for pioneering Amazon's Production Planning Team process with the Planning and Execution (PLEX) organization.
Key job responsibilities
→ Work with data and provide insights to leadership team.
→ Build the foundation and implement an innovative model for centralized labor planning across NACF.
→ Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to these network leaders.
→ Leverage central teams (i.e. S&OP, Central Flow, Process Engineering) to drive process and operations execution improvements.
→ Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
