DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Manages assigned partners and prospect accounts. Assists and monitors operational workflow for content set-up, approvals, release and changes.
  • Stays abreast of industry and account specific news.
  • Keeps partners informed on Nintendo system updates and product enhancements.
  • Reviews and approves required assets for digital software, packaged software and accessories.
  • Primary contact for publishers and liaison between publisher and internal departments.
  • Communicates with Product Planning management regarding production planning, Lotcheck priorities and scheduling.
  • Takes lead role in Production Planning of key projects.
  • Initiates new item part number creation, set-up and data enrichment.
  • Analyzes and resolves publisher account issues.
  • Provides oversight into publisher account activities including analysis of projections, ordering trends and sell through.
  • Provides training and guidance for Product Planning team members, including modelling leadership, teamwork, professionalism and communication.
  • Leads continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and processes and to increase productivity.
  • Supports review and maintenance of standard operation procedures.
  • Collaborates with strategic partners to promote business growth.
  • Works globally and cross-functionally with key partners to ensure timely release of new titles and updates.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains account-level sell-in forecasts to achieve objectives and maintain appropriate in-stock and service levels.
  • Coordinates with customer accounts on their participation in merchandising efforts for digital products.
  • Generates promotional forecasts and performs pre/post analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with NOA policies and procedures.
  • Assists publishers and developers with system access and usability issues (NCMS, IMAS, OMAS, NDP, LBD, NOA Portal).
  • Enters sales orders for digital codes as needed.
  • Works with publishers and internal teams to release updates, patches and themes.
  • Supports JSOX and audit compliance reporting.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five (5) plus years of related experience.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, OM/IPM and BMS.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
