Job description

Blue Blush is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women’s apparel. We are currently seeking a full-time Import Production Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing POs, coordinating fit reviews, and fit comments to overseas vendors
  • Track production schedules and follow up on delivery status to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Negotiating prices for development and production
  • Liaise with sales and shipping team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production (import experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with major retail/customer POs such as Lulus, Windsor, and Fashion Nova
  • Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer systems, including ERP systems

Language

  • Bilingual languages English and Korean (Preferred)
