Job description

. Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for full-time Production Operator positions in Coleman, MI. As part of our team, you will assist in operating production machinery, trimming materials, inspecting product quality, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: $17.84 – $18.34 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Operate production equipment such as vacuum?forming or foam?press machinery to create plastic components.
  • Trimming: Trim excess material using tools such as knives, scrapers, routers, or torches to meet product specifications.
  • Material Handling: Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and standing for long periods.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and verify product quality according to documented specifications.
  • Documentation: Complete required production and quality records accurately.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and process requirements within the manufacturing environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth production flow and meet daily output goals.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform frequent physical movements.
  • Ability to operate basic pneumatic or hand tools.
