Job Description
Are you looking to join a team of smart, talented, and fun production professionals? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our Production and Operations teams in bringing exceptional events to life. Based in our Denver office, this role plays a critical part in the logistics and coordination that power successful programs from pre-production through onsite execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the event production industry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving logistical challenges, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Remaining calm under pressure and providing outstanding support to both internal teams and external partners is essential.
Successful candidates will have the following:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in events, hospitality, project coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated work ethic and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or production teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, or financial reconciliation processes

What you would be doing at Unbridled:
  • Support Production Managers and Producers with program logistics and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update process improvement and standard operating documents
  • Assist with project setup, including program numbers, folders, and project documentation
  • Support budget tracking, financial reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting activities
  • Assist with accounts receivable and vendor payment tracking
  • Coordinate with the Unbridled Shared Services team on invoicing, coding, expense reporting, timesheets, and operational processes
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure required documentation is completed on time
  • Track production deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Embody the Unbridled Brand and Culture, including Change, Character, Credibility, and Community
