AT A GLANCE:

Broad River Retail is currently seeking for Supervisor, Operations to join our Operations team.ย  Theย position is responsibleย for supervising tasks and productivity of distribution center people and processes. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, and preparation of product, as well as managing inventory accuracy, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.ย 

DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, returns, staging, loading, and shipping.
  • Lead daily startup meetings communicating safety, operational goals, KPIs, and priorities.
  • Assist Operations Manager in monitoring labor productivity and staffing to meet daily workload demands.
  • Coach employees through regular feedback, performance discussions, and development planning.
  • Assist Operations Manager in conducting performance evaluations and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse best practices.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and process verification.
  • Partner with our 3PL, Retail Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to resolve operational issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
  • Assist Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Assist Operations Manager in creating schedules while managing attendance and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Support peak season planning and execution.
  • Maintain warehouse organization standards.
  • Assist all fellow Memory Makers on the floor with any tasks as needed to ensure successful and efficient operations.

  • This position is paid semi monthly.
  • You will receive benefits after 60 days of employment such as Medical, Dental, and Vision with our 3rd party agency

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch on concrete flooring
  • Must be able to routinely lift or move objects up to 75 pounds alone and team lift objects over 75 pounds
  • Working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday
