Job description

We are looking for a Site Operations Technician to join our team at our Bellevue, ID location. In this hands-on role with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support daily site operations by safely operating equipment, monitoring and adjusting systems, performing quality checks, and helping ensure our operations run safely and efficiently.

About the Roleย 

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to equipment and operating systems.
  • Perform quality checks to help ensure products meet company standards.
  • Monitor and operate computer-controlled systems and equipment.
  • Safely operate mobile equipment and machinery, including forklifts and other site equipment.
  • Assist with daily site and production activities to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Perform general site maintenance, cleanup, shoveling, sweeping, and other duties as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and operational goals.

About You

We Require:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1โ€“year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
