Job description

Warehouse Operations Associate
Radwell International LLC | Production
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 
1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for breaking down and preparing incoming repair, return, and outsource shipments to support a streamlined and efficient receiving process. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments are properly processed, documented, and routed to maintain workflow efficiency across production operations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with materials, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Open and process daily incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, trucking companies, and other deliveries
• Record shipment details including document numbers, tracking information, and customer data in Excel
• Review RGA and RMA documentation to identify special handling instructions
• Sort and prepare incoming shipments for receiving and production processes
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling high shipment volume
• Assist with staging and routing items for the next phase of processing
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Metrics
• Process and break down all incoming shipments daily
• Productivity expectations include:
• ~40 boxes per 8-hour shift
• ~20 boxes per 4-hour shift
• Additional expectations based on daily shipment volume

Qualifications

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school or related experience preferred

Physical Demands
• Frequent lifting, reaching, and movement throughout shift
• Frequent walking and use of pallet jacks or hand trucks
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 100 pounds and constant movement of materials

Compensation & Commission
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
