Production AssociatePosition Summary

Join our team and play an essential role in delivering high-quality poultry products to families across the country. As a Production Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks throughout the poultry processing operation, working with either live poultry or raw chicken products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities may include deboning, cutting, trimming, weighing, packing, labeling, inspecting, palletizing, and moving poultry products while maintaining Bell & Evans' high standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Sort, weigh, label, and package poultry products using manual and automated equipment.
  • Fold liners, seal trays, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Palletize trays manually or with automated equipment.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Support production needs by working in different departments and positions as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
