The Production Associate is responsible for supporting production operations by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities could include:

  • Clean die components
  • Operate a forge line
  • Light industrial cleaning
  • Saw operations
  • Clean and organize department
  • Assembly
  • Shipping/Receiving


Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
