Your Role

As Production Manager, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

  • Ensure the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks
  • Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality
  • Establish and apply standard production practices and procedures to achieve your unit’s objectives
  • Engage and develop all your employees
  • Apply business processes with precision and consistency 
  • Implement processes and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your sector
  • Ensure that conditions are in place for constant communication with employees (floor rounds, logbooks, etc.)
  • Actively participate in the creation and implementation of optimization and investment projects Help to make your business unit’s strategic plan
  • Ensure healthy working relationships and provide active listening to employees
What you bring

You're a natural fit for Production Manager if you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of extensive supervisory or management experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence
  • Ability to deal with change and to propose favorable adaptation conditions
  • Ability to guide and coach team members
  • Sound judgment to ensure follow-up and effective implementation of solutions in accordance with company priorities and to make appropriate decisions
