You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

Job Duties:

  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, health, safety, environmental (HSE), and company requirements, including FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and applicable policies and procedures, while maintaining audit readiness and accurate documentation.
  • Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, production execution, capacity planning, inventory control, and business continuity planning.
  • Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet operational and customer delivery commitments.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and successful implementation of new products, equipment, and technologies.
  • Communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device and/or cleanroom environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership or people management experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to drive results through sound judgment and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $102,000 - $177,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.
