Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Hours:3:30pm-2am Mon-Thursday

We are a leader in the solar racking, tracker industry with a dynamic and driven team passionate about changing the game in solar. Our products are designed to be the fastest installation and most cost-effective in the industry.

We are seeking a candidate who can plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the fabrication, processing, assembling, and/or development of a product or service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, training, and supervising shift workers while tracking, managing, recording, and reporting production, inventory, and machine or building issues.

This role works closely with other supervisors, leads, workers, and management to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations while maximizing profits. The successful candidate will adhere to and execute identified quality plans and safety standards, ensuring operational excellence and a safe work environment.

Licenses / Certifications:

  • OSHA Certification, preferred
  • Maintains a healthy, safe, controlled, and hazard free work environment
  • Responsible for production quality, quality documentation completion, and sign off of fabricated and assembled parts
  • Complies with standard operating procedures and standard work instructions
  • Provides training to production teams and oversees performance
  • Responsible for prioritizing, developing, and executing shift workflow
  • Performs daily execution of the 5S housekeeping plan
  • Assess, review, record, and maintain production employee training
  • Assess, review, record, and report all data pertaining to near miss, equipment and building damage, first aid, recordable injury data, hot work, etc.
  • Perform intervention, root cause, and corrective action reports when issues arise
  • Degree: High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Machine Operations
  • 3+ years of experience leading 10 or more direct reports
  • Ability to follow multistep instructions accurately.
  • Ability to retain and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard work instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with data entry, email, typing, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to make confident and timely decisions.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong performance management and employee coaching skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
