Job Overview
As a Vendor Ambassador for Rugs, you provide outstanding customer service in our rug department and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you are responsible for meeting sales goals, cultivating repeat clientele, selling protection plans, and managing return rates. You will be the rug expert for your area by demonstrating superior product knowledge to upsell and suggest the best rug items for specific customer needs. You will champion best practices to sell rugs with your fellow colleagues, communicate trends and execute company and vendor initiatives.
Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
