In this role, you will partner closely with development teams and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, improve operational consistency, and help translate strategic priorities into effective execution. You'll play a key part in enabling scalable, high-performing production practices across a spectrum of game development environments.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys working at the intersection of production, strategy, and operations.

  • Identify common themes across studios to inform broader improvements

Improve Production Operations

  • Ensure project information is accurate, actionable, and accessible for decision-making
  • Support and manage key operating rhythms, including studio reviews and leadership forums

Drive Alignment & Execution

  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable plans for studios and partner teams
  • Collaborate with production, product, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Deliver structured, high-quality communication to support executive decision-making

Scale Best Practices

  • Document and standardize effective production processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction
  • Partner with central teams to align tools, processes, and ways of working

Provide Advisory Support

  • Help teams navigate ambiguity, change, and complex production challenges
  • Develop practical frameworks, recommendations, and plans that improve outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Senior level experience in game development or game publishing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working across production, product, program management, or operations
  • Experience supporting leadership decision-making or executive operating rhythms
  • Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across teams

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Leading impactful change through relationships and influence, rather than authority
  • Ability to quickly understand new projects and contribute effectively
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority and building strong working relationships
