As a Production Manager Intern, you may encounter challenges such as managing tight deadlines, coordinating with multiple departments, and quickly adapting to unexpected issues on the production floor. Being proactive in communication, staying organized, and seeking feedback from experienced team members can help you navigate these challenges successfully.
