Production Manager - Foundation & Crawlspace Repairs

Location: Arlington, VA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year (Base + Incentive)

What You'll Do

As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our production department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule and coordinate multiple production crews
  • Manage the weekly and monthly production calendar
  • Work closely with our Field Superintendent to keep projects on schedule
  • Monitor production goals and crew productivity
  • Track weekly and monthly production revenue
  • Monitor gross profit and job costing
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries
  • Manage permits and inspections
  • Communicate scheduling updates with homeowners
  • Resolve production issues before they impact customers
  • Coordinate project closeout and final payment collection
  • Provide weekly production reports to ownership
  • Improve production processes and operational efficiency
What Success Looks Like

  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
