Job Description:
Job Overview
The Product Manager III will support the Automotive E-Mobility Product Management team with a primary focus on portfolio optimization, sustaining products, pricing and quoting, and commercial execution.
Working closely with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams, this role will help improve product profitability, manage lifecycle activities, support customer requirements, and drive execution of key portfolio priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Portfolio Management
• Manage sustaining activities including product changes, proliferation, rationalization, and end-of-life.
• Analyze product performance, revenue, margin, volume, and inventory to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive cost reduction, margin improvement, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues related to quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and customer requirements.
Pricing & Commercial Execution
• Prepare and analyze customer quotations in alignment with pricing and profitability targets.
• Recommend pricing actions based on changes in cost, volume, customer requirements, and business conditions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to develop competitive and profitable commercial proposals.
• Support ongoing customer commercial activities, including price changes, productivity commitments, and product change requests.
Business Planning & Analysis
• Provide product demand inputs to forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Support Product Line Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan activities.
• Prepare financial and business analyses to support portfolio decisions, sustaining investments, and management reviews.
• Support Senior Product Managers on new product development and growth initiatives.
What your background should look like:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Engineering, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or another relevant discipline.
• Automotive, E-Mobility, or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, financial analysis, forecasting, or product lifecycle management preferred.
• MBA or relevant P&L experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $109,300 - $136,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
