About

The Senior Coordinator, Production Management will assist the Production Management Team in all aspects of Production from budget preparation, through pre-production to post production of PBS SoCal in the creation of smart, original content for multiple distribution channels โ€“ on broadcast and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with rigorous attention to detail and organization and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Television Guild & Union Contracts
  • Experience in Public Media preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Television Production
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player who works calmly under pressure
  • Self-motivated and efficient
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, it is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
