Job description

  • In this role you will organize, lead, train, and develop talent to ensure a high performing team within the specialty ceramics departments of the atomization business while reporting to the Senior Product Line Manager
  • You will monitor and adjust operational functions to ensure commitments are met by anticipating production (and non-production) problems, developing contingency actions, and resolving critical issues
  • Further, you will develop, manage, and continuously track annual and periodic production budgets and adjust as necessary
  • Additionally, you will have responsibility for employee safety, product quality, manufacturing schedule and on-time delivery metrics
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
  • You will work to maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure production related issues are promptly addressed and appropriate corrective actions implemented
