We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to represent our clients.

This role offers you the unique opportunity to utilize your retail sales experience more strategically through the development of direct sales, merchandising, and POS placement.

As a member of Mosaic's Campbells, B&G and Coke Nutritional Beverage (SHARED)  sales team, you will be responsible for the in-store execution of weekly program priorities across grocery and mass channels. These tasks include Direct Sales, Upselling, Negotiating & Building  Display, Merchandising, Promotions, tablet reporting as well as maintaining the role as key contact for our clients across all serviced stores in the defined territory. Candidates ideally will have grocery experience.

- You are highly organized, independent, and a natural solver with a knack for sales and building strong customer relationships.

  • Superior execution of core program fundamentals such as Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planogram compliance.
  • Negotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders, and incremental retailer support for promotional programs.

  • Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts. 
  • Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length.
  • Resolve or escalate store-level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Drive distribution on core items and New Innovation, sales, and share objectives.
  • Possible overnight or daily travel
