Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting and supporting fill technicians in product labeling and fulfillment activities.  

Job Activities and Responsibilities:  

  • Labeling clerk shall be responsible for the accurate labeling and capping of sterile vials. 
  • Ensure that the lot number on the labels matches the lot number on the tote.
  • Work with the sterile fill team to prioritize workflow daily. 
  • Clerks will also be responsible for making supply kits, printing patient pamphlets 
  • Send out destroyed drugs as necessary and at the discretion of management. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 
  • Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Attention to detail to identify defective products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, fax machine and printer

Physical Requirements:  

  • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods 
  • Fine Motor Skills 
  • Visual acuity
