- Lead Lab Operations: Manage and lead a team in executing competitive benchmark testing work and product teardowns (>60 units per year).
- Strategic Bid Support: Oversee the provision of competitive benchmarking support for global sales teams.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Architect and manage the evolution of our data platforms, utilizing advanced tools such as PowerBI, Smart Sheets and natural language AI chatbots utilizing historical benchmark/teardown data for stakeholders in Marketing, Engineering, and Sales.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams, providing detailed benchmark comparisons for the Commercial Notebook/Desktop portfolio to support marketing and global sales enablement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Hardware Architecture, Firmware, and Marketing teams to turn lab findings into actionable product improvements and competitive positioning strategies.
- Program Excellence: Synthesize complex technical and market data into clear reports, ROI analyses, and executive-level summaries.
- Operational Optimization: Review and evaluate lab processes and testing methodologies, providing tangible feedback to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of data delivery.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of management experience, demonstrating on how to manage teams, including full-time employees and contractors.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical Benchmarking Expertise: Deep understanding of system-level performance testing and competitive teardown methodologies for hardware products.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to lead and influence diverse, geographically dispersed teams across cultural and time zone boundaries.
