The Role:

The Inventory Control Analyst is instrumental in driving inventory accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization. This role is accountable for maintaining the integrity of PBBโ€™s transactional and inventory data, developing and implementing inventory control procedures/reports, and conducting in-depth data analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies. The analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent application of inventory control processes across the organization. This position requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex inventory data to resolve issues, enhance inventory accuracy, and optimize supply chain performance.

What You Will Do:.

  • Execute a variety of inventory control workflows, processes, and reports with a focus on maximizing the accuracy of PBBโ€™s inventory records.
  • Perform comprehensive site-level inventory reviews to reconcile discrepancies by analyzing and comparing PBB's data with records from Distribution Centers, Co-Manufacturing partners, and E-Commerce locations.
  • Participate in and support physical inventory audits at PBB manufacturing facilities and third-party locations.
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and lead meetings to present and resolve inventory-related issues, ensure accuracy, and report on performance.
  • Oversee email correspondence within a shared team inbox to ensure timely completion of transactional tasks and maintain effective internal communication.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventory reports, key metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Accuracy, Discrepancy root cause analysis and corrections, Quality-event inventory, Damaged and slow-moving inventory, Work order variance
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements within the inventory department and across the organization to enhance inventory control policies and overall effectiveness.
  • Facilitate inventory dispositions, manage rework and scrap projects, and maintain accurate inventory segmentation in SYSPRO by status.
  • Support the Accounting team with month-end inventory reconciliation, audits, and inventory-related compliance activities.
  • Mentor and train inventory team members as well as other relevant personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, or accounting/finance required.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a business discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Background in inventory management within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SYSPRO preferred), inventory management software, or advanced planning & scheduling software.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word required.


Compensation Range:

$70,000-$78,000
