Job description

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Loves Park, IL

Job Overview

Seeking dependable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Loves Park, Illinois. This full-time position offers paid training, overtime opportunities, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required—we will train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to manufacture high-quality plastic components in a safe, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
  • Inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Trim, assemble, label, and package finished products
  • Complete basic production documentation and labeling requirements
  • Promptly report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Work as a team to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals

Training Schedule
All new hires will train on 1st Shift during their first two weeks.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
