Senior Production Technician

**Pay: $20–$22/hour DOE **

Job Type: Full-Time

Take Your Manufacturing Experience to the Next Level

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Production Technician to help lead daily production activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on equipment operation, batching, quality, troubleshooting, and keeping production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate processing and production equipment.
  • Prepare batches using formulas and production sheets.
  • Monitor temperatures, weights, times, and equipment settings.
  • Perform quality and product checks.
  • Complete production and inventory records.
  • Assist with sanitation, cleanouts, and changeovers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make minor adjustments.
  • Identify and report recurring production issues.
  • Support start-ups and maintain production flow.
  • Assist team members with processes and procedures.
  • Work with Maintenance, Quality, and Team Leaders.
  • Follow safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Food manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Processing, batching, or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Strong math and measurement skills.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read production sheets and follow procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
