Production Helper

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32226

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Shift Differential: Additional 10% pay premium for 2nd Shift

Available Shifts

1st Shift

  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

  • Monday through Friday
  • 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Includes 10% shift differential

Training may be conducted on 1st Shift for the first 1-3 weeks.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling industrial power system components using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and schematic drawings. Candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, mechanical, electrical, or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly of industrial power system components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
